The convenience of being able to shop on-line and have the items delivered within 2-3 days. Most spa/pool supply stores here are only open M-F, and close between 4pm and 6pm…very inconvient.

Where to begin on how exceptionally wonderful our experience was at Wellness Spa?! It mostly has to do with our amazing sales rep Christian, who far exceeded any expectations of service and really went above and beyond for us on numerous occasions. He was highly knowledgeable on all products and patiently repeated what he said to both me and my husband while we alternated staying with our sleeping toddler in the car! He recommended something which fit exactly into what we were looking for, which is our tub as pictured. Since we are new to hot tub ownership he patiently then explained in detail the features (like self cleaning, uv light and water push vs only air that distinguishes Jacuzzi from other brands), info on all we need to know for maintenance, gave us freebies like nice robes/towels, a free mechanical arm, set up with electrician, coordination x2 with hot tub movers and was available via text with our many questions. Not only that but he even did a house call on his own time when our water got murky and fixed it right up. He really didn’t need to do all of that and Wellness Shop is extremely lucky to have someone like that. The tub is perfect, we love it and can’t say enough good things about Christian. Thanks Christian and we wish you the very best!!

I asked multiple times if there was anything preliminary that I could do prior to someone coming, and nothing was told to me. As in check the filters. I was told they were good for months, and it had only been in use for a month. Yet the service guy, Gary, said that’s usually the first thing they ask. Would have saved me $300+

We installed our corner unit a week ago and absolutely love it!!! I am battling breast cancer and believe your high-quality sauna will significantly help my health. Glad we decided on the spacious corner unit because Leo, our cat insists on joining us during our daily sauna sessions. This is just an update about my Clearlight Premier IS-3 sauna. It’s been 4 years since I purchased my sauna from Clearlight Infrared and I have no complaints at all. The workmanship of this product is amazing. I believe when you say lifetime warranty that it’s a fact. The sauna will outlast me in my lifetime!!!! Thanks once again.

I’ve had the Clearlight sauna in operation for 2 weeks now and my wife and I are loving it. It has helped her rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis pain immensely – she’s in it every day. The biggest thing I’ve noticed is the improvement in the quality of my sleep. I go to sleep more readily when I retire, sleep sounder, and don’t get up in the night as often as I did pre-sauna. I was out of town this week for 3 nights and really could tell a difference in sleep quality since I did not have it available.
